Join us in the large barn for a relaxed afternoon of drinks and wood-fired pizza. It's an easy, informal occasion!

Calke Abbey is very close by. If you'd like to take some time to explore the walled gardens and spot the resident deer, you could also park at the venue and walk in. View the visitor map

🚙 Parking

The Milking Parlour is also open to the public on this day, if it's really sunny it attracts a lot of walkers and parked cars spill on to the road.

😎 What to wear

Summer party dress, think garden party vibes - but remember we're in the UK so be prepared for anything! A warm layer and umbrella might be needed.

2:00 pm - Welcome drinks & grazing

3:30 pm - Speeches

4:30/5 pm - Early dinner (BBQ style)

6:00 pm - Disco dancing until 10 pm

8:00 pm - Late snacks

10:00 pm - Home time

We understand that not everyone will be able to stay late as it's a Sunday and some little ones need to sleep. We appreciate however long you can stay for.

📺 Other bits

We'll be showing some wedding memories throughout the afternoon, so you can relive the moments with us.

We'll have oversized lawn games for all ages, from tiny competitors to not-so-tiny ones. Come prepared to win, or lose gracefully.

Guest parking is available at the venue free of charge.

Uber operates in the area but availability can be limited, especially from the villages. Let us know if we can connect you with other guests staying in the same area or hotel.
